Ordering products

Our articles are subdivided in different categories that you can select in the menu. Then you can add those articles to your order. After adding the chosen articles to your shopping basket you choose "payment". Afterwards, you enter some data, which enable us to process your order.

How do we come to an agreement between the concerned parties?

The delivery terms make part of all the agreements and are applied to all (legal) acts between Baby & Co, on whose website you put your order, and yourself, even if those acts may not lead to or may not be related to an agreement.

There is only an agreement after you received the confirmation of your order by e-mail. The confirmation of the order is supposed to be received once you've opened the e-mail.

Disagreements can only be treated by qualified courts of the district.

Ways of payment

Baby & Co accepts different ways of payment:

The amount has to be paid in advance. You can transfer the due amount to the account: KBC Antwerp 411 1119011 21. If you pay from abroad: IBAN: BE17 4111 1190 1121; BIC/SWIFT: KREDBEBB. Or you can pay on our site with the payment system Multisafepay.

Pick-up and shipment charges

Pick-up

Your order can be picked up in our store (Baby & Co, Quellinstraat 48-50, 2018 Antwerp) during opening hours from Tuesday till Saturday between 9.30h and 18.00h, after getting the confirmation that your ordered articles are available. You get a 5% reduction on the total sum of the purchased articles. The amount of the reduction has to be spent in our store.

Shipment charges

After your payment we deliver the ordered articles. Shipments in Belgium are free of charges if the amount surpasses 75€ (less means 5€ shipment charges). Shipments to the Netherlands are also free of charges if the total sum surpasses 125€ (if not, 9€ shipment charges). For bigger orders (in volume or amount) you are requested to inform in advance. This also goes for all beyond Belgium or The Netherlands.

Prices

All prices are indicated in Euro, 21% VAT included. All special offers, pictures and prices may be subject to mistakes (typing/scanning) or modifications by the manufacturer. Shipments beyond Europe may be charged more, due to tariffs implied by Customs Office.

Delivery

• Delivery of your chosen articles, for which Baby & Co is responsible, is completed by a transport company and/or by the Post Office.
• After the confirmation of the stock/supply and your payment, you will receive your articles after 1 to 3 working days. The assumed date of delivery will be confirmed by mail. The stipulated time of delivery cannot be considered as stringent, unless agreed on otherwise. Of course, Baby& Co will do everything to deliver the goods as soon as possible. Shipment abroad may be delayed by Customs. We'd also like you to give us a delivery address where someone is ready to accept the goods.
• We also commit ourselves to respect the environment; so, we recycle boxes, left behind by our suppliers. So, the text and images on the box, in which your articles are shipped, may not correspond with its contents.

Trading in and withdrawal

Please check your order cautiously right after receiving it: either after picking it up in our store or after receiving it at home. Trading in is only justified if you can show us the original ticket, within two weeks after you received your articles. You can either get your money back or trade in the product. The article must be returned, not used and in the original protective wrapping. Baby & Co will only repay the sum paid for the product and not the transport charges. Please, contact us before something back. Custom made articles cannot be traded in. Sales can also not be exchanged.

Pictures and description of the product

Pictures and figures are only an illustration of the product. Although we try to make pictures and images correspond with the real article, slight differences may occur. the customer is assumed to be aware of it. We are not responsible for wrong orders.

Delivery obligation and prevention of fraud

We maintain the right to refuse orders put on our site. If the article was already paid for, we'll repay the sum. We make use of that right if the article was wrongly priced or if there is a mistake due to software failure.

Privacy

Your personal data will only be used processing your order. In the context of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), of 27 April 2016, which is in effect from 25 May 2018, we inform you that Baby & Co respects the Belgian Law of 8 December 1992, regarding the protection of the private environment in the process of personal data.
